staff were excellent and suggested ways to get into the city and local restaurants. very helpful in pointing out things to do
The hotel is very nice. it's clean, comfortable. The location is good and the breakfast is excellent.
There is no free wi-fi , and for a 120$ per night it's not right. We wanted to reconfirm our flight from the reception and they did not let us.
The room was very spacious and well designed and in excellent condition..The Staff were all very pleasant, helpful and polite. The Desk on arrival advised how the bus system into central Florence worked and I never had a problem. The buffet breakfast had a very varied selection, which included scrambled eggs and bacon.
Everything! Great hotel, nice rooms, nice service
Lack of parking space, but was solved by the hotel staff. So finally even not a negative point
I am quite positive that many of the reviews of this hotel on this site are fake. While the Hotel is not bad, it’s far from excellent. The biggest shortcoming is its location on the highly frequented radial street in a run down low-income apartment block area about 10 minutes from the inner city. The rooms are quite ok (although nearly all face this main street and are thus very noisy) and clean, while the breakfast buffet is mediocre at best. Cab fare to the inner city varied between euro 14-20 and there is a bus, but it runs only infrequently on weekends and nights. While the Hotel might be ok for business travelers, it is absolutely not advisable for tourists (the location really kills the Florence atmosphere)
It was very comfortable, modern and smart and the staff were very helpfull
The bus service into Florence was regular and took about 20 minutes, however it was very intimidating returning about 10.30 on a Friday night. We returned the next night at approximately 9.00pm and it was okay.
very nice staff, modern facilities in the room
a bit far from the center, but we had our own car, so did not experienced problems
This hotel was really luxurious and the facility is definatly 5 stars not 4. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful specially the men.
I didnt like the fact that there was no iron. It was so difficult to iron my clothes and it would take at least 8 hours to do it in the hotel. That was inconvienet at all. I'd suggest you pay attention to the ironing and make sure you iron ahead of time. I think all italy hotels dont provide irons because of safety as I was told by the hotel staff....
Very new/modern hotel. a bit of a distance from the main city but the bus stop is right outside the hotel (very convenient).
No nothing bad - we loved it!
I liked that it was very modern-looking, clean and comfortable. Staff was very professional, courteous, patient...but it would be a stretch to say "friendly". I guess that is because the hotel caters to the business class, but after our friendly B&B hosts/hostesses throughout Italy, it was an unexpected change. The beds were nice and firm - just what I like. And, it was very quiet. The shower was large and bathroom well-stocked with toiletries. I recommend the hotel as it is convenient to the airport, clean and comfortable, but there is really no other reason to stay here.
This is obviously an airport location and caters to business people, so do not expect there to be much around the hotel in terms of anything to do or choices of places to eat. Also, the only person working there checked us in, made our drinks later that evening, and appeared to also be preparing room service trays as well as calling cabs for all the guests to go to dinner/meetings (I also wonder if he was the night auditor as well???) He worked very hard and was always professional, but I felt bad for him.
The hotel was very clean and luxury. The staffs speak English very well and informative. The breakfast was great, but we expected more for a 4-star hotel.
The hotel is far away from the city center. You have to take bus 29, 30 and 35. It takes 15-20 minutes from the main train station. There was no information in the hotel website, how to get there and at which bus stop we should get off.
Fabulous, professional and inviting staff - esp. the female front desk attendant who helped us with absolutely everything we needed. Great room and lobby decor and simplistic modern style. Very comfortable and chic. A buffet breakfast to pine for and espresso done just right.
A dedicated parking lot may be easier, nonetheless, we were happy with the parking arrangement and there were no concerns whatsoever.
Modern hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast is good. It's possible to park the car adjacent to the reception. The room is confortable, and is well sound insulated.
Serious issues with water supply: for a minute there is no water, then there is only hot water, etc. TV system is rather strange and slow to change channels. Free internet should be included on the room. Not the best value for money considering there the services provided should be upgraded/improved.
1) Very modern. 2) Very clean. 3) Good Breakfast. 4) Good value for money (much cheaper than similar hotels in the City Center)
Location: Last bus from City Center is 11:30pm, however Florence is one of Italy's liveliest cities...so to leave 11:30 every night was a great loss. Also there was a strike done by Bus/ Train workers on one day and we had to pay a fortune for Taxis (heard this is a start of a series of strikes...next one around September!)
Great hotel, modern, clean, beautiful fascilities. very comfortable. not in the center of florence but very close to a bus stop.
